I purchased the carton of 72 3.5 oz bars of soap believing that the large quantity meant a better price per bar. The soap is fine and was delivered as promised, but the price quoted was actually much HIGHER than the same from other vendors thru Amazon. I paid $77.01, including shipping, which comes to $1.07/bar. I foolishly overlooked another offer for 4 ounce (not 3.5) bars of the same soap at a price of $18.93 for 30 bars which is $.63/bar a savings of 48% after adjusting for size. Moral: don't assume that a bigger quantity means a better value.
