I remember receiving the soap and smelling it and thinking "it sure doesn't smell like anything at all". Sad to say even when wet it has barely any scent at all. It makes a decent lather not great and cleans decently. It leaves no residue on skin which is a good trait. The oatmeal is very slight and offers very little scrub. I find it odd that every one of these soaps has 5 star reviews. There are far better soaps out there for the money. The bar also has stamped in it CHINA which is odd for something claiming so many natural ingredients from all over.

This is my favorite soap. The only one I will use. I cant find in the stores anymore so I purchase online. I have always used dove for my sensitive and dry skin however the grapefruit and lemongrass scented smells so good and contains little exfoliating beads. love it!

I love this soap, but this particular item is a bad deal economically. Each of the five bars of soap is 25 grams, which is less than one ounce. (One ounce = 28.34 grams.) I read it very hurriedly and mistakenly thought I was ordering five bars that each weigh 125 grams. The reality is that this package has five 25 gram bars for a total package weight of 125 grams. Haste certainly makes waste! I can't believe I paid $10 for 125 grams of soap. A 250 gram (8.8 oz) bar can be bought for around $7, not including shipping. I couldn't figure out how to make half a star, as I would have liked to rate this 2.5 stars: Zero for cost; 5 for quality, which is superb. The linden soap has a wonderfully light, slightly floral, mostly meadow scent, that appeals to both genders. The Pre de Provence brand always lathers wonderfully and lasts a long time due to being triple milled. It is also nicely moisturizing. I can't say enough excellent things about the soap, itself, but the large 250 gram bars are definitely a much better deal in terms of price.Save 12% Off

I have used this product in the past, when a friend used to bring it to me from Brazil. It's been a while. I loved this soap because of the wonderful rose fragrance that ultimately gave way to patchoui. The four bars I received smell neither of roses, nor particularly of patchouli. Not sure how to describe it. Dissappointing.
