Dominica Bay Rum All Natural Handmade Herbal Soap 4oz soap by Dominica Imported

Back in 1998 I found a bayrum soap bar by Burt's Bees. Loved it but, the company discontinued the line a few years back. I finally decided to flip the bill and to check out Dominica's soap. PERFECT replacement to Burt's. Just as good and better! It lathers up well, exfoliates, and smells great!! It's a standard soap bar size. Not like the tiny hotel type. I will use this soap forever!!

This soap has a nice bay rum scent, lasts for a decent period of time given the price, and adds a manly touch of class to your WC.

Product was okay.

Smell wasn't as strong as the after shave. It just didn't seem that special. The texture wasn't that appealing either.

I really like Dominica Bay Rum Lime aftershave, but wasn't too impressed with this product. Smells like burnt licorice and rubber, with a dash of clove. Lathers well, and leaves skin feeling pretty good. It's a cold poured soap (not milled), so it won't last very long... Maybe about two weeks of use by one person. Unfortunately, I probably won't buy it again. There are many better soaps at this price.

I bought this for my husband for Xmas. He says it's OK, but the bay rum scent is pretty light and it doesn't seem to transfer in use. There's really no reason to use it if there's no scent.
