Chang Sheng Herbal soap is a "God-send." I've been using it for a little over a month and I'm very pleased with the results. Before using Chang Sheng soap, I experienced a reddish discoloration on both sides of my nose and above my eyebrows. The skin of my eyebrows was not only red, but flaky and scaly. What was really scary was when my eyebrows began falling out little by little each day. I was in a real panic. I visited several dermatologists, used over-the-counter medicines, as well as vitmain E and a whole host of other things. Bottom line: nothing helped. The redness has all but disappeared, the scaly, flaky skin in my eyebrows has completely disappeared, and almost all the discoloration is gone. The soap is great. It cleans and gentle. I make my own laundry soap and this does the job better than felsa naptha, I think.The seller, CV Trading Corp, is poor. The ad says (3 Bars) for the price. I ordered twice, each time I received ONE bar. I think it's far too expensive for one bar. Amazon agreed with me and returned payment on both orders. I did notify after the first incorrect order and was instructed to order again.
I'm not sure if it's the person who packages the box or the seller itself. However, I would make sure you receive what you pay for. You can by 6 bars of the same size (14 oz) for the same price at the popular online auction site. I love Amazon and will continue to buy from here, but not from this seller again.

I use this soap in my homemade laundry detergent. Works very well and has mild pleasant scent. I highly recommend it as a laundry detergent.

Pre de provence triple milled soaps will last for months with everyday use.( I average around 3-5 months per bar while showering 1-2 times per day ). They create a rich creamy lather that's very similar of shaving cream. If you haven't used a triple milled soap, you don't know what your are missing.

A letter broke as I opened the package and they all seemed a little sticky. Some of the letters were good quality like the M, but strangely the W, which you think would be the same, was really much thinner. The colors are great. The container is flimsy and fell apart right away. The smell is nice but not overpowering. I do not recommend though, especially at this price, although at six bucks or so, might be worthwhile.

Background: After using this soap at my friend's house 3 years ago, I really liked how it easily came off from the body, washing in the shower and loved the smell.PRO: I bought this gallon size to save some $$$. I am a single user and lasted for about 8 months.
CON: One complaint is that it leaves the brown color on the shower curtain after using it for 2 weeks.
You also may not want to transfer this soap into a soap dispenser as it can easy get solidified and clogs the pump.
I had to use a hot water on the soap dispenser once/week. You should consider using a simple container with a hole
on a cap.
