Bar Soap - Patchouli w/Aloe Vera, 3 oz ( Multi-Pack)
We received the bars of soap very quickly in very poor condition. Every box was crushed but soap was intact. The aroma of Patchouli is ever so slight in or out of the package that Grandpa would be saddened to see his name on the product we received. Will not purchase items of this nature on line again or from this person I will drive the 117 miles to the location that I previously purchased the soap from in person. Live and learn something just should not be purchased on line is my guess.

I almost wish my mother had never turned me onto Rance soap, because now it's a luxury that I am never without. Beautiful soaps, all of them. I like the Jasmine Creme Grasse because of my dry skin.The fragrances are beautiful, but what I like about them is that they don't linger on the skin. Soap is very long lasting, and great for ultrasensitive skin like mine (the rash queen here). This soap is easier on my skin than the ones that say they have no perfumes at all.

I've been using Pre de Provence products for the last several years, including their hand creams, liquid soaps, and the wonderful bar soap. My particular favorite is the Argumes scented bar a refreshing, citrus blend, mostly grapefruit. It feels like a splurge every morning to shower with this luxurious and super moisturizing bar, which is imported from France. While it is very moisturizing, it is also surprisingly long lasting, and it makes me feel a little special. The Argumes scent actually is a wake-up, and is a great start to my day.
This is a lovely soap, all around.

Dalan Shea Butter Cream Soap 3.2 oz - Case Pack 24 SKU-PAS823003
Well, I tried this shea butter soap by Dalan and I'm glad it's "satisfaction guaranteed" because while I do get a good sense of being clean after taking a shower, the soap just doesn't smell all that great! I thought that maybe (especially as a guy) I simply don't know what shea butter cream soap is supposed to smell like but I can't imagine too many people liking the scent of this soap. True, the scent is not overpowering; but it's just not that pleasing, either.Thus, while this soap gets me clean in the shower, I'm not so sure I can recommend this soap because the scent may not be to your liking, either!
In addition, as of the time I am writing this you may be able to find this soap cheaper in a brick and mortar store. Try shopping around for this soap if you can. I suppose the higher cost of this soap here is for the convenience of having it delivered directly to your doorstep.
Unfortunately I don't think too highly of the scent. Nevertheless, if you like shea butter cream soaps, give this a try and maybe you'll like it more than I did!

I buy these soaps at Anthropologie storesbut now that they are available on Amazon I am a happy woman! I love the graprefruit currant, verbena (lemony and clean), and vanilla apricot. The qulaity of the scents is wonderfulthey smell just like the true essences of the plants and fruits. I wash my hands often (lots of diaper changes) and these soaps are not drying, like most. The grapefruit smell lingers and is so pleasant. The packaging is so pretty too. You won't be disappointed!

This soap does not dry your skin but is wonderfully gentle and moisturizing. Even in dry, northeast winters it keeps "the itch" at bay. I saw this at my local Marshall's and decided to buy it because it's a natural soap. I used it during my shower and decided that since it's a natural product that I would wash my face with it as well. About 1hr. later my chin started itching like crazy. When I looked in the mirror I noticed that my entire chin (front and sides) had broken out in tiny red bumps with white puss tips. The next day my whole forehead and sides of face broke out as well. It's been 3 weeks and am still waiting for all the breakouts to clear up. I threw the soap away after that 1st use. Maybe it was contaminated or my face was allergic. The rest of my body did not break out however. Oh, and I have pretty good skin. Acne is not a problem for me. I am not acne prone. As promised, this soap smells exactly like maraschino cherries: bright, red, and juicy. It has a good, strong scent, and is very clearly cherry. Design-wise, this is one of Primal Elements' simpler soaps. Basically it's just the cherry embedded in a clear glycerin base, but the outstanding scent more than makes up for the simplicity of the design. The bars are really large, and should last for some time.
