Provence Sante PS Big Bar Linden, 12oz Bar

I've been using this soap since 2005, and I won't use anything else. Aside from the fact that is it gentle on my skin, never irritating or drying, the scent of it alone is all the reason anyone needs to use it. It is the loveliest, most feminine, soft white floral scent I have ever found. I use one 12 oz bar in exactly two months, so the subscription service is perfect for me.

I love Provence Sante soaps, but usually I buy the Bergamot scent, which is in fact wonderful. But somewhere I saw that this was their most popular scent so I decided to try it. When I opened the plastic wrap I sniffed it and it really didn't have much of a scent at all. I like their soaps because they produce a really nice satisfying lather and leave you feeling squeaky clean, but not dried out, with a light scent residue that doesn't interfere with perfumes--so I love Provence Sante soaps. I wasn't going to reject the Linden because it didn't seem to smell of much of anything--that's OK too. But here is the deceptive part. I put the soap in the shower stall all untouched and ready for the morning. The next morning my bathroom had been perfumed with a clean, slightly sweet, not girl-y at all scent, and not an overpowering scent. It just smells fresh and clean--despite the chaos and mess in my bathroom. After a week at least it's still smells wonderful in the bathroom. Now I get why Linden is their most popular scent because it is so aromatic that scents the air wonderfully, without being overpowering in any way on the skin. I recommend it without reservation.

Yes, it's expensive, but worth every penny. The scent is just...clean. Very refreshing. If you're not sure what a 12oz bar of soap is like; it's huge. I usually cut this in half and it lasts months.

I love this soap...I used to buy it at Whole Foods a long time ago...it was worth searching it out when they discontinued it...it smells so good and lasts me a year...wonderful!

The soap leaves are great, but a brilliant green, not the color the picture led me to expect. Still it's a neat product. I'd be happy if the picture hadn't mislead me.

Indigo Wild: Zum Bar Goat's Milk Soap, Dragon's Blood 3 oz

I have sent off for a variety of scents in the Zum Bar goat soap. I didn't just like them. I was excited enough to consider giving them as gifts for others. The coloration is very attractive. The soap has ridges when you start using it, but it becomes smooth after a few mohths of use. I call them high quality. The scents are strong, but I mean that in a real complimentary way. Some companies make poor imitation scents or wimpy, weak, disappearing scents. I think the Indigo Wild people have mastered the art of beautiful and special soaps. Very attractive appearance of product, long life and effectiveness. This time I will try some lip balms. Thanks folks for your excellence.

The soap came earlier than promised, was well packaged and has a fabulous scent. It seems to be mosturizing in the bath and isn't melting away to quickly.

This just smells awesome. Some might consider it a little masculine-smelling, but I'm female and I absolutely love it. Warm, ambery, and a little spicy. Rinses nicely and though it doesn't seem especially moisturizing, it's also not stripping nor does it leave a film. This and the cedar-scented Zum Bar soaps are my favorites.

I love the Zum products and the Dragon's Blood us my favorite scent. The soap makes you feel clean and leaves no film but does leave a nice light fragrance.

The excellent smell of maja soaps could be improved as I don't think they smell like the originals. Still I like them.

Medimix with Sandal and Eladi Oils Soap

I have been using this soap for years! I am 36 and most people assume I am 25, I Love this soap and it is the Only soap I can use on my Face, I order big quanities so I don't run out, it's cheap & affective for my skin, I have no burning, or irritation or rashes. I have semi-oily skin that breaks out easily, just make sure you use a Great moisturizer after you use it in case of slight dryness!

I did not like this soap. It made my face burn and gave me a rash. I will never use it again.

Pine Tar Soap

Just finished my first bar and have to say this soap does work nicely on the skin. Did not dry out my skin like other soaps either. Each bar is a bit pricey but i would certainly buy again. Next time i hope they're on sale ;-)))

Very good and full of natural ingredients. Lathers thick and fast and rinses clean. My skin feels very soft after using and the scent is not strong-just fresh. Not much of a Pine Tar effect. The seller does a great job and is well worth using. Couldnt be happier with the soap and how it works. If it contained more Pine Tar would be a five star product easily.

I was having trouble with generalized itching from dry skin. I had tried a homemade pine soap before and it was very helpful. Unfortunately, I was unable to buy the same soap. Based on the other reviews for other pine soaps, I was worried that the pine smell would be too strong and the soap would be harsh. It is not at all. I am pleased with my purchase. It has relieved the itching and leaves my skin soft and smooth. I am ready to order some more. I should add that we have hard water which contributes to the dry skin.

This is the first time I have purchased pine tar soap. At first I was disappointed that the soap did not have a pine scent. After using the soap there is nothing that compares to the amount of lather that it creates and the smooth clean feeling it gives without any dry skin harshness.

The smell of this stuff is indescribable. It is not a pretty, pine scent and is actually sort of medicinal. It does seem to keep the mosquitoes off me which is what I bought it for anyway. I'll keep using it till mosquito season is over.

Bio Claire Lightening Soap 6.7 oz.

I don't recommend this soap because after long usage it thins the skin. It does lighten really fast, in as little as 1 week but the down side is thinning of the skin and eventually tearing. It gives the appearance of stretch/burn marks due to the thinning. After visiting a dermatologist I was told that there is a possibility that the product may include something NOT listed in the ingredients that may be causing this TERRIBLE side effect, steroids. :(

The soap is less destructive than the cream but I don't recommend use of all the products at once.

I LOVE this product. I can't call it "soap" because, technically, it's soap-free. Add fragrance-free, softening, non-drying, calming, plus a low-key natural oatmeal scent and you've got what I think is the perfect "soap." I have been using this off and on for years...sometimes I stray because this gets my skin so nice that I feel like I don't need it anymore. lol I try other soaps; Kiss My Face Olive Oil soap (smelly and slimy), Dove sensitive skin (misnomer), Basis (ok), but nothing compares to this little miracle cake.

It really is a pleasure to use, and make-up glides right off with no stinging around my eyes.

They'd better NEVER stop making this stuff! Enjoy!

This stuff is AWESOME on eczema and dry skin. I have very dry skin which exacerbates my eczema symptoms during the dog days of summer (Hot, Hazy, Humid). It didn't clear it overnight but, for the first time in 3 summers, my skin no longer looks like a mess from so much scratching and itching. I've tried topical creams (OTC and prescription) as well as lavender oil and allergy shots, but these little soaps seem to be the only thing that keeps the eczema under control; again, it took a while, but my skin hasn't looked this good in a long time. Just don't expect some sort of quick miracle cure.

This soap is no big whoop. It moisturizes no better or deeper than any other soap (I've had better), and by moisturize, I mean merely that the soap makes the skin feel softer.

The worst thing about this soap is that it doesn't lather well. I will never use this soap again.

I absolutely love this soap. It has such a clean, fresh and natural scent. I first tried it about a year ago when I wandered into the store in Kingston. Clearly Natural Liquid Soap Unscented With Pump

Most "unscented" products have some faint scent added to them, but this label is honest. If you dislike having smelling hands after attempting to wash them clean, then I recommend giving this soap a try.

The soap itself cleans skin just fine. It's also thick enough to not squirt out of the dispenser. (I've tried some soaps that can actually overshoot when dispensed)

The pump on the dispenser is on the cheap side, but works just fine. If you want a smooth pump, then pouring this soap into a preferred dispenser is always an option.

I have yet to see a liquid soap that's not vegan. But to be clear, this soap does not contain stearic acid (usually an animal product).

Best hand soap I have found. Cleans and rinses off very well. Don't laugh, but can even use it to wash my face! Completely unscented. LOVE IT!!
