This soap smells nothing like Egyptian Musk oil. It has a very sterile, hospital room smell. I will not use this product and would not recommend it to anyone looking for the smell of Egyptian Musk in a soap.

My mother-in-law brought me a bar of this soap from her trip to Italy. I am hooked on it. It is the best soap in the world. I have ordered many, many bars since I finished with that first one. It smells like heaven, and it keeps your skin so soft. I have tried to find another kind of olive oil soap that would be cheaper and easier to get ahold of, but I have wasted my money. They are not the same. This soap is a bit expensive, but I think it is worth every penny.

I have been using their soap on my face for several years now and am very happy with it. They actually list the ingredients on the box and there is no sodium of any kind in itit will not dry out your skin.

My sister gave me a box of 4 bars of the verbena scented soap for Christmas last year (2010). I love the fresh lemon smell and luxurious lather I get.It creates a rich thick lather that is great for shaving in the shower instead of using shaving cream and is gentle enough for all over body use. The shape of the bar fits nicely in my hand and is perfect for applying to my legs. One bar lasts quite a long time if you don't let it sit in water, as I'm only on my second bar well into October 2011. my review is going to be on the lavender castile soap from dr bronners. It has a nice smell a little strong when in bottle but has a pleasant smell when water down just so you know it smell like real lavender not the fake fragrance oil kind .This product is all natural,organic,non toxic,eco friendly n has so many uses.I make my own homemade cleaners n i use this as one of the ingredients. lavender is also a natural antibacterial.If ur going to buy this product theres one very important thing u need to keep in mind the soap is very pure(for lack of a better word)what i mean is you have to water it down trust me alot goes a long way. one more thing you should know is that in most bodywash,shampoo,detergents ,handsoap,they put chemicals,synthics to make it lather to make you think the more lather the more cleaner you are which is not true so dont expect to get a rich thick lather with dr bronners but it does have a light lather.Want Organic Castile Liquid Soap Lavender - 8 oz,(Dr. Bronner's Magic Soaps) Discount?
Vermont Soap Organics - Shampoo Bar 3.5 Oz Bar Soap
The shampoo bar lathered very well, my hair feels clean. I guess this bar must be super-fatted, because it leaves my hair very nicely 'moisturized.' I did not need to condition my hair after using this shampoo bar. It does not really smell like anything after you rinse, while lathered it smells mildly like herbs.I think I love it?
Con The suds from this bar seemed to make my bathtub floor a little slippery.
UPDATE: I stopped using it on my hair before I finished the bar. After a few uses, my hair just didn't feel right. Hair usually feels great after using a new shampoo, I think that was the effect I experienced. I went back to using a mixture of 1/2 water 1/2 Shampoo Plus Conditioner.

This soap has companion products of very high Spanish quality. If you're a person casting about for something different to give to the discriminating woman in your life, consider this refined, luxurious soap. The bar is substantial a huge, rounded thing, and the soap is reasonably hard and lasts. The fragrance is clean, very slightly floral lotion, and rinses well. Yes, I've tried this myself a few times.

I purchase this soap due to my skin sensitivity while pregnant. I used it once and fell in love with it. The smell is great and the lather is perfect. After a week I notice my complexion was to toning out, I used palmers lotion following my showers. I live this soap, although it melts quickly it's worth every penny. I highly recommend it!

This soap has a very nice smell, cleans well. This was my first time using and I plan to continue. I gave 4stars because of the residue it leaves in the soap dish, but other than that it's a nice soap and the price is moderate considering it' s purpose for using. I will be buying more.
