Ugh! I have been trying to get rid of deer this year. I tried grating it with a cheese greater and cutting it into long thin chunks. It did not repel the deer. I give it three stars because I really can't stand the smell of this product.
This soap smells great and lathers nicely. The scent isn't quite as strong as using the body wash, but still very refreshing. It doesn't dry my skin, which is high praise coming from me as I am prone to dry skin. The bars are perfectly sized for travel or for use as hand soaps, but I use them as bath soaps.

This was a good size lasting about a week in a half. The soap in it's package had a really nice smell and it scented the bath really well. Upon opening it and allowing it to sit out in the open like we do with most soaps we use, the scent quickly dissipates to nothing. I was disappointed with this soap because it did not keep any body odors at bay. After using this, I was still smelling. Well nothing funny to say like eating the soap or drinking it... because I know better. The soap works great, it isn't a OMG I can feel the difference type thing its more subtle like making you more alert in the morning. Now this will be something only used in the morning or when you are in need of a slight pick up because it will keep you awake for a little while if you are going to sleep so don't replace all of your soap with this. Highly recommend this to people that want a extra boost in the morning to wake up, with out using a having to use a huge cup of coffee or a ton of caffeinated/energy drinks. Now the human body can deal with up to 400mg's of caffeine after that it make you jittery, anxious, hard to focus, and so on. This only has 200mg's in it in a 4ounce bar. That is hardly enough to get near the 400mg OD range but enough to give the brain a nice kick start.

I bought a few a while back and loved the soap. I'm not sure if it was the caffeine that woke me up or the scent. Either way, it'll put a little zing into your mornings. I actually looked forward to taking a shower in the morning, which is unlike me. I'd give this more stars if it weren't for the price here. I would buy this from ThinkGeek directly as you'll save a lot of money.

I have very acne prone skin, or at least I did have very acne prone skin until I discovered tea tree oil. I intitally used this soap for acne,it doesn't have alot of the harsh chemicals like other soaps do. After a few days I noticed I started to break out more. Might have been because of the coconut or palm oil which can be comedogenic. My husband loves this soap so much that because we now live in a small town I had to go to Amazon to source it. Thank goodness it was available as I thought I would never hear the end of it! Since the husband/father at my house is a sporty outdoor type (cycling, hiking, rock climbing.....) who usually doesn't notice or care about product specifics; I really was impressed that he was so determined to stock up on this soap. Great fresh and bright sort of scent. Skin feels nicely clean. The whole family uses it gladly.
I have never been a fan of bar soaps. However, after using this product I must admit that I can never go back to commercial body wash soaps. This soap leaves you feeling clean, no film or residue on your skin after you rinse it off and it exfoliates too! I consider it to be unisex, both men and woman can use it because of it's neutral scent. It's organic and refreshing so I had to buy a multi-pack so that I don't go without it between orders. I ordered this soap based on how gentle it was for your skin. I was turned off by the "medicine" smell. When I dried off, Holy Cow!!! My skin was SO dry I felt like I needed pure baby oil just to feel normal again. This soap stripped all of my own natural oils out of my skin. I was itchy after using the soap because I was so dried out. I had to use heavy duty lotion Lubriderm to stop the itching. I gave the soap one more try, but had the same awful experience. This soap arrived promptly, but it's not the big classic Cube, this was a regular rectangular shaped bar, nothing special. It is the authentic formula that really removes garlic and fish smells from the hands and a must for any serious Cook or Kitchenista. The biggest issue is that the soap says 300 g (it's carved into the soap), but something prompted my husband to pull out the sensitive kitchen scale and it actually only weighs 230 g. I love this soap. Doesn't smell girly or like some artificial perfume. Works nicely in the shower, I don't feel itchy and dried out after the way regular bar soap does. It lathers nicely enough with a wet brush that I keep a block beside the sink for shaving too.
The Green Tea and Cucumber odor of all of Dove's soaps and body mists with this odor is amazing. It is subtle, but pleasant and not overpowering, whereas about 75% of the fragrances on the market truly stink and make me wince. The fresh odor and cool feeling of applying the deodorant, the body soap (in liquid or bar form) and the body spray makes me feel and smell great.
