I didn't know what the cedar would smell like when I ordered this, but I was pleasantly surprised! It smells great! It smells exactly like cloves, very spicy smell. As with all Zum soaps, this is moisturizing and lathers well.

My face has very, very dry skin. I saw The Goat's Milk Soap in a store and gave it a try. I have never had such a pleasant surprise from a product. The box says goat's milk contains the most capric-capriyllic triglycerides which help moisturize the skin. Whatever. But it works. I saw a real, visible difference in my skin after showering and washing my face with this soap. I would never use any other soap for my face. This is a product I can highly, highly recommend if you have dry skin. I don't care what it tastes like.

Unfortunately the gentleman from MN is wrong-animal fat (TALLOW) is not from milk, as he states in response to the woman from PA. Tallow comes from the solid fat around the kidneys and loins of the goat. People that don't want animal parts used in the soapmaking process can still have goat milk soap made from vegetable oils. This is a great soap with a wonderful fragrance. I have been using it for a couple of years now and everytime that I unwrap a bar, I am reminded how great it is by the wonderful fragrance.It's funny -before I used this soap, I used whatever was available. Now that I tried it, it's the only soap I use. So, here it is in a three-pack.

OK, I collect soaps, I have been a soap afficionado for decades and this soap is right at the top of my list. Be advised it does not smell like oranges but has an incredible fresh clean scent that is simply fantastic! If you're around a lot of people every day this soap is perfect as it does not overpower but rather smells like fresh clean laundry. I've always thought sheets straight from the wash smell better than anything else and this soap has that same scent. Just wonderful. Try it!

Uniliver royally screwed up a 200 yr old, beloved recipe. AVOID. it is now made in India from cheap ingredients. How can they even call it Pears with 24 ingredients vs. the original 8? This stink of this soap irritated my eyes and nose. I used it once, knew something was very wrong, & removed it from the house. The smell of this soap will bring back no fond memories.if you must, get this at the dollar store. that's where I found it & now I know why. This is BOGUS.

I am very sensitive to most soap and perfume. This has not irritated my skin or health. It works great too. I do not know if it is the meds or the soap that have cleared my acne up? But the combo was successful.

This is one of those examples where the picture provided of the product leads the consumer to believe these bars of soap are bigger than they really are. Even though it gives a weight of 125 grams, how many people really know what that means? I sure didnt. When I got this product and found out these are little tiny soaps meant to be guest soaps and were expensive to boot, I was really disappointed and irritated with Amazons representation of the product. Amazon leaves alot to be desired when it comes to good, accurate product descriptions and photos and when you are buying on line and not able to see or touch the product, good description means everything. This one is a dud, and the fragrance isnt all that good either.

We initially got these soaps as a gift and loved them so much we have continued to buy them over the years. The package contains five small square soaps. The soaps smell great and lather great, and when they get to that crusty dry state the small size means that you don't feel bad tossing it out and putting out a fresh one. We have given them as gifts too -mostly because our friends are always asking where we get our soap from. The package doesn't look like the one pictured but it's really nice, actually. It's neatly cellophane wrapped (without the candy poofs on each end) and trimmed with a nice brown ribbon. I bought these as a small Christmas gift for someone, and small was definitely right. Based on the description, I was expecting five normal sized bars of soap. Each soap weighing 125 grams. It turns out the 125 grams refers to the entire wrapped package. Each soap only weighs 25 grams, and are maybe a little larger than a quarter. Also, the packaging is not the same as the picture (although they are not ugly.I'm almost kind of embarrassed to give this as a gift.

This soap is amazing. I suffer with bad acne for years and to make matters worst, I have a habit of popping them which leaves marks on my face. I have been to a few Dermatologists and they gave me so many types of face washes, creams and pills. Nothing seem to work. I went to an international market and ran into this soap. It was $1 so I was VERY skeptical about using it. I figured what the heck, after all I have used everything you can think of to include proactive. After 2 days of using ths soap I saw the difference.
