I love Lux soap, but can never find it anywhere in the U.S. except in ethnic stores and on Amazon. I was excited to try this one as I'd never seen this scent before. However, I was a bit disappointed as it smells EXACTLY like the "wake me up" fragrance I picked up last time I was abroad. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice, fresh scent and I enjoy it. I was just hoping for something different as I like to play around with different scents. I would definitely recommend this soap, but don't bother buying this if you already have the wake me up scent. One or the other... Both aren't necessary.

This is my second order from this company. The soap is awesome. I make liquid soap with it and add a little coconut oil and a couple of drops of tea tree oil and wash my hair with it. This amount should last me quite awhile. I have also used it to make a mask by adding some honey to it. My skin looks so soft and is clearing up tremendously. I am so glad I found out about this all natural soap!

CLEAN, that's what you are after washing with this soap! A very generous size for a very reasonable price. I like to wash my hair with it, too. My hair squeaks with cleanliness! The only down-side, if you could even call it that, because it probably isn't to a great many people, is the smell. It just smells like a lye soap. Level Naturals Eucalyptus Lime 100% Pure Vegan Gluten Free Natural Soap 6 Oz

After unpackaging this Eucalyptus Lime bar of soap I was surprised it didn't smell of eucalyptus or lime at all so I examined the packaging box to see a list of ingredients. After reading the ingredients 3 times to find either eucalyptus or lime I finally realized my nose didn't deceive me nor did my eyes, neither eucalyptus or lime is anywhere in the ingredients or the bar of soap and only in the name. If this soap smells like anything I would call it ammonia and borax. If I could give a -1BS that would be my rating. Amazon should be ashamed to sell this product with a name that so badly misrepresents the actual product. This is a mislabeled $10 bar of $0.50 soap in my opinion (unless there's such a thing as $0.25 soap). However, if you like the smell of ammonia on your skin you'll be delighted with it.

I've been using Level Naturals soap for about a year and now I see they're on amazon... these soaps are terrific; they're all made by this cool little company that is SUPER serious about using only the highest quality ingredients, everything is organic, nothing is tested on animals (of course), etc... you can feel and smell the quality in this soap. They are strong and substantial and don't feel chintzy. They come in a lot of different "flavors" but I think Eucalyptus Lime is my favorite. If you are looking for a smart gift or just want some nice soap for yourself, you can't go wrong here.

Olivella 100% Virgin Olive Oil Face and Body Soap Fragrance Free - 1 Bar

My facial skin tends to be combination oily and dry, but my body skin tends toward the dry side. This soap is definitely not for me! Leaves my skin slick but not moisturized, and instead with new dry spots forming. I compared it to Yardley Oat Moisturizing soap ($0.98 at Walmart) and Yardley leaves my skin clean, moisturized, and supple, while Olivella leaves it parched, irritated and chalky. Also, I had to exfoliate nearly everyday after using Olivella. Not fan, but glad I gave it a shot. Maybe it's better for someone else's skin?

Still makes my skin feel tight and dry. Also cracks in the shower between uses and looks like the oil soaks to the bottom.

This is the original Fostex soap. I don't know about all this nonsense about "activating" the soap. I just use it on my face with a washrag and warm water. It is excellent for oily type skin and does not clog the pores. It clears up acne and keeps the skin healthy. I have been using it as a facial soap ever since I was a teenager. The ingredients are gentle for sensitive skin. I tried their Sal-3 soap which is a bit stronger and can be irritating to sensitive skin. I will stick with the original because it works. It goes with me wherever I travel.
