To be honest, I bought this soap with no expectations. I did hope perhaps it would be easy on my skin for the winter. I went by what the one customer review state but I do not agree. This soap feels like nothing more than a cheap soap mold. It is extremely drying and I completely wasted 5 dollars on it. I honestly think the problem with the product is the company used a very cheap soap mold to make it. Had they used a better quality soap mold it might be a good product. There really is no moisturizing properties to it, even though it states shea butter. Complete waste

I ordered both shea butter soaps offered by Shea Touch and have been very happy using each. I can be sensitive to scents but have not been bothered by the natural ingredients in these. Using these as a daily soap has kept my skin hydrated so far this winter. Great product.

APIANA AP Pictoral Gift Box 4bar Gardener's, 4 - 3.5 oz Bars

I have been using Apiana Gardener's soap for years, initially after gardening or other messy work, but now I use it nearly every time I was my hands. I have tried other brands of gardener's soap, but this is the best. (It works even better with a nice natural bristle hand/nail brush.)

It cleans very well, has a very light clean scent and doesn't seem to bother my sensitive skin the way many liquid hand soaps do. Normally I can't stand soap fragrances (like most men) but this scent is a mix of "traditional soap smell" and something very light and refreshing. (I don't care for their other scents of soap just the pale green gardener's soap.)

It also helps soothe and moisturize your hands without the greasy feeling of traditional moisturizers or hand creams.

While it isn't really strong enough to remove grease, oil-based paints and the like, I use it after having used something harsher as it leaves my hands feeling soothed.

I used to be able to find it locally, but not recently. You can order directly from the manufacturer but this four pack on Amazon (especially if you spend enough for free shipping) is a much better deal.

One word of caution though: The first box Amazon sent me contained (old?)dried out bars of soap that were severely flaking and partly broken, looked like they had been dropped and were not properly sealed. I don't know if they were old or if they had just been severely mishandled. They were unacceptable, but Amazon quickly replaced them with a box of brand new soap that was in perfect condition.

I've used this particular fragrance of Apiana soap for years. The scent is subtle, & different, hard to describe, but I love it.

Dr Piercing's Aftercare: 36 Medication Filled Swab Pack

Up until now I'd been using two tools to maintain my piercing cotton buds, and a medicated lubricating gel that did a good job but left behind a flakey residue when it dried. Also I travel a lot, and in my toilet bag my cotton buds invariably get fluffy. Dr Piercing's Aftercare is super handy, with it's own little carry box (so my buds don't fluff), and the medication in the swabs keeps my piercing in good condition without leaving behind any residue. It also means I only need to take one product around with me when I travel, which is great, and the medicated-bud thing means its less messy than using a gel-based product.The only negative is that if you're someone fairly active, 36 swabs per pack won't get you very far. I gym regularly so often swab twice a day, which means I get through a pack quite quickly.

these things are great. they are so much easier to use than having to try to wash a piercing with soap and water like most piercers tell you to. you get the same results in my opinion, except these are a million times more convenient. they are great if you travel or are spending the night somewhere too cause they are everything you need in one little swab. it takes less than a minute to do, which is good if you are really tired one night and just want to go to bed, or if you are rushing around in the morning.

definitely recommend to anyone.

I bought this soap for my husband, who wanted some bay rum soap. He had no idea how hard it is to find some bay rum soap that didn't cost a fortune. I've used Dominica Bay Rum Aftershave for many years. It is highly recommended. This soap is a complement to that natural scent. The soap has a very rich lather so it doesn't take too much. Don't leave this one sitting in the soap dish or it will diminish quickly for an expensive bar. It dries relatively quickly in a nice aerated dish. Good for shower. The small bits (Bay Rum Leaf?) can be a little scratchy for a sensitive skin, but the scent and lather are worth it to me.

I read all of the reviews on this product before I purchased it. They paint this little bar as a miracle worker. My experience was unlike any I read. The first week was fine. I did notice tightening and a sheen appearance on my skin. I followed the directions, wash and leave on 3-5 minutes, twice a day, don't use any moisturizers, allow the healing process to begin. After the second week my skin was so dry and itchy, I started using Cetaphil just at night. The breakouts began! Every morning I woke up with at least one new cystic pimple. I thought okay this is just the healing crisis at work, so I continued. After a month of use and no relief, I contacted the lady on the wonderbar website, she directed me to use pure jojoba oil if needed for moisture. Okay, no more Cetaphil, just a tiny bit of jojoba as needed. ZITS, ZITS, ZITS, I mean in places I never had them, all along the hairline, chin area, even around my jaws, it seems like everything this product touched on my skin broke out! Again, I continued, thinking it's going to get better and then my skin will be amazing like all the reviews said. After 2 1/2 months and the worse skin condition I have ever had, I stopped using this product and went back to Proactiv (which I have not had to use since my early twenties) in an attempt to clear up the acne I now have. I probably will have to go to the dermatologist, since I also have some dermatitis around my nose that won't clear up. On the positive side, the Proactiv is starting to clear things up. Now I just have to wait for the scars to fade from having so many zits in a short time. I'm not the type of person to complain about things, or go on a rant, I would normally just stop using it and say, "Okay, well it didn't work for me"! But given I read the reviews and only saw excellent stories, I figured it is my responsibility to share my experience. If I would have read this review, I probably wouldn't have spent the money and time to suffer this product!!!!!!!!!!!!

but the Wonderbar is amazing. Like the other reviewer I was shocked at the teeny tiny size, it is exactly the size of complimentary hotel bar soap. However, I'd already spent the money so I just decided I'd give it a try but never again buy a product that didn't list a size/weight.

Let me just say, the Wonderbar has completely changed my skin. I'm 37 years old, with periodic acne and rosacea. I've moisturized religiously since I was about 13 so wrinkle-wise I'm pretty good, but the dryness and break-outs have always been a problem. They're not anymore. I've been using the Wonderbar for three weeks and my skin is clear and bright. There is a healthy not greasy shine after I finish washing my face that I don't think I've ever seen. Plus, I survived PMS without a single break-out.

I'm using a BB cream now instead of a full-on foundation and it goes on super smooth and easy. The texture of my skin is dramatically smoother and softer and my pores seem much less visible.

Like I said, I have never taken the time to review anything, but after trying so many other products I have to say that the Wonderbar is the best thing I've ever purchased for my face.

It is expensive, but despite its size it seems to go a long way. After three weeks my bar doesn't seem noticbly smaller at all. If you're not sure, TRY IT. I'll never try another cleanser as long as Wonderbar is available.

I was shocked when I received the Wonder Bar. I had no idea it would be this small. It was about the size of a complimentary soap you get in a hotel, 2 1/2" by 1 1/2". However, I've been using it and I really like it. I'm fortunate that I have good skin, but I believe it even better. It is expensive for the size, but I will probably purchase it again.

I love this product. It firms... tightens... my skin is smooth and supple. But the bar is so expensive and so small! It is the size of a sample given at a hotel. I did not pay attention to the dimensions and was shocked to see the size. However, the product is excellent and I found myself reordering... Still not happy about the cost and the size. But it would not be just to lower the rating for the cost of the product.

Clearly Natural Glycerine Soap

If you are sensitive to perfumes or fragrance, then this is your soap. It is one of the very few soaps that really are unscented. Also, it it VERY mild and very gentle on your skin. with all the glycerin in there I can't imagine it drying anyones skin. In fact, if you have oily skin, you may think this is too gentle for you. Another thing, if this soap is aound too much moisture, it will get too soft and melt. Just more proof of how gentle it is. Great soap.

Dove Men + Care Body and Face Bar, Deep Clean, 4 Bar

I just tried out this product, and I absolutely love it. I love it so much that I am actually writing a review on it.

The scent is manly without being overbearing. The bars have a slightly gritty texture that helps remove dead skin. It feels great on the face without leaving it dry. Leaves my skin very smooth (as advertised). I will never again look at a bottle of axe.

First of all, I have to say, with absolutely no embarassment, that I am the kind of gentleman that in the 1920's was called a " dandy " and earlier this century was labeled a " metrosexual ". I manicure my hands, my feet, and I use very expensive body lotion to keep my skin freh, moist and supple. I sue the best shampoo for my hair type that I can find at the best possible price so that my hair stays soft, shiny, manageable and glistening. I sue the best toothpaste that will keep my mouth fresh and my teeth perfectly white. And on top of all of that, I am in constant need of a perfect bar of soap that will cleanse my body o the unfortunate malady that comes with being a human being: The fact that as living, breathing creatures with perspire, we give off odors, and ultimately we get DIRTY! To that effect, Dove Men's Deep Clean body bar goes a long way to doing everything it says.

First of all, the one thing I don't really like about this bar is the scent. It is citrusy, a heavy accord of lemony-grapefruit really wafts through the bar but when you are actually in the shower and you're cleaning yourself with the bar the scent is uplifting and actually smells nice. The bar gives off a rich, creamy lather that immediately starts to soften and moisturize your skin, and wih repaated uses, and I mean EVERY DAY FOR AT LEAST A MONTH, YOUR SKIN WILL BE BABY-BUTT SOFT. I bough5 an 8-pack of these bars at Wal-Mart because it is a personal policy of mine to never buy a product BLINDLY that I have never tried before at a price that I consider expensive, but when I went home and used it for the first time I was hooked and now this is my go-to, everyday cleansing bar. I tend to spend a lot of money on quality grooming products and I have spent lots and lots of money on superior bars, which have more moisturizers and indeed are better than this one but for the price ad value involved you cannot go wrong with this bar. Dove consistently manufactures quality bath products, I particuarly like their White? Pink Nutrium bars from a few years ago, and now that they're getting into Men' care thier first foray into this growing market is a good attempt which I hope will be successful for them. Apart from the heavy grapefruit smell, I give the bar 4 stars for the moisturizing properties, how your skin feels after you dry yourself off,and how clean you are and how pleasant you smell after you use this bAR. It is a good buy, go out and try it.

This is a very good soap and cleanse excellent. It's really big unlike some other brands and it leaves you feeling just really clean; especially with the micro-beads.However, I have no idea what the people saying "it has a nice scent" or "it's too strong" or "it's too strong" are talking about. It has NO scent whatsoever if you take a big whiff, you might get a little something but overall there's no scent.

Aramis for Men Bath Soaps

The soap was fine, a nice manly smell--to bad it was for a woman (I was searching under products for women). My son will appreciate it. But, it cost $13 & change for shipping & handling for a $6 bar of soap!

Perhaps it's my fault for not seeing this...I ordered 3 soap products (another was $17 s&h) I'm not that unobservant! Amazon, as a "Prime" customer, I expect lights & whistles to go off when s&h charges are 3 times the cost of the article--not just the notice that "product does not qualify for Prime Shipping".

Patchouli Zum Bars Multipack (5 Count) by Indigo Wild

I have to rave a bit here and why.

First off I am a man who works in balmy Florida and I sweat gruesomely on a daily basis. Stinking is not an option for me. I hate smelling like a mens locker room at the end of each day. The constant sweat made my skin itch too. Mold and bacteria run rampant down here. I needed something that actually kills bacteria on a massive scale and won't reak havoc on my skin either.

Well I've tried everything pretty much. Dial had the best success but just didn't kill all the bacteria and at the end of the day there was still that hint of locker room...and my skin still itched. Then I tried Dove body soap. Dead is dead now. I come home with not so much as a hint of locker room. Though sticky and sweaty. My skin still itched however.

Then along came Zum ! Discovered at the Store I enjoyed the scent of the Patchouli. Seemed masculine enough. I enjoyed how the scent carried in the bathroom too. After I scrubbed out my day with the dove I would rinse off and apply the Zum bar. I got in the habit of doing this easily over a week. If the Dove soap is the rough part of my shower Zum Bar soap is the pleasure part. I don't know but there is something relaxing about the aroma as well as the nice full lather it generates. Once more it has this creme like texture to it that says Ahhhhhhhh....thats so nice. Then one day I noticed my skin didn't itch anymore.

So I found a winning combo.

Down side is this is premium Soap. It's not Zest or Lever 2000. Its not even oil of Olay (yeah tried that too) At close to twice the cost of those other soaps Zum actually delivers on quality across the board. Lather, cleaning, scent, natural Oils for skin quality I give em all 5 stars. But you pay for it. Definitely worth the added expense.

I bought the 5 pack from Soap Hope for several reasons. 1st was they offered the cheapest deal (at the time). They delivered in good time and packing was superior. They actually make their own boxes from scrap cardboard they horde from around town or they find on the floor from shipments they received. Most of their profits go toward women's charities. Zum does the same thing by helping dog charities. What a winning team !
