The raspberry scent is luscious, and just enough to linger a few minutes after I have washed with it. This sopa it's just great! this is the second time I buy it, the first one last for a whole year, probably because I just use it once per day, and for me that's more than enough because I don't work or live in an enviroment with high levels of contamination, so I just use it by night and my face looks and feel clean, even my acne has been reduced significanly.

Ordered Clinique Men's Face Soap with dish. The soap is what it is, so there is nothing really to review. Delivery was quick quicker than promised which was great. Price was equal to that of going to Macy's or Boscov's to pick up the soap, so while delivery was fast there was no benefit to buying it on-line espcially with the very high shipping costs Amazon and thier business partners have.

My first introduction to Titanic bath soap was from a local apothecary here in Chicago (Merz Apothecary). The first time I bathed with it, I felt as if I'd died and gone to Heaven! It's aroma is sensual, clean and absolutely wonderful, and it's very long-lasting. It lasted at least three times as long as a standard bar of soap, so I wouldn't let the price keep you from buying it; it's worth every penny, and the value is also there since it lasts so long. I will buy it again and again and again!

I have been looking for a simple soap that does the job (leaves my skin really clean) but is pleasant to use. I found the soap. It has a subtle scent and cleans and softens my face. I have use commericial soaps where I had to load up on moisturizer because they take the glyerin out of the soap and sell it. Lovelove this soap. I almost don't want to give the secret away. Enjoy.
My mother used Yardley products. They were considered very posh in the early 50s. Although this may not smell exactly like a bunch of fresh violets, it brings back so many memories. As a longtime fan of violet soaps, I thought I'd try this product. England, after all, grows sweet violets, whereas ours have virtually no scent. Was I disappointed! I wish I could rate a product as "Zero Stars", but one is the fewest I can post. This soap smells like a junior chemist's attempt at recreating a scent never encountered, as a Recycling 101 assignment involving synthetic fragrances used in tire-manufacturing. Worse yet, the stuff was ultra-potent: it reeked to high Heaven! It was literally so bad that I put it in the trunk of my car to drive to the Post Office -and even so, people who drove with me in the next few days asked about "that funny smell". Cross my heart... I suggest readers try a violet/hybrid blend like 1902, which is French, or another scent by one of the French or Italian firms. I'd recommend Roger & Gallet, which makes a fabulously-scented, silky-lathering carnation soap, but they've never produced a violet, or at least, haven't in recent decades. To commiserate with my fellow reviewer of yet another "not violet" soap: I, too, miss Verly's, now that the factory has ceased production. I've also longed, on and off, for soaps by that ever-luxurious and, presumably, likewise-extinct brand, Parfumerie Monpelasse. (Pardon any spelling blunder, s'il vous plait, but the muguet des bois was to die for.) In short, if you ask me, the EU's chief consequence is "P-U!"

We enjoy the fresh scent of ginger in this line of products and we use it for hand washing in both main and guest baths. We like the Roger brand better than the other French brand that starts with the letter L.

I bought this hand soap hoping it would be less drying on my hands. I wash my hands often. It didn't seem to be at all moisturizing. Doesn't lather much. Seems like it works best if you squirt it on your hands when they are dry and rub your hands together before rinsing with water. The scent is strong and not to my liking.
