I first became aware of this soap by staying in a Sofitel hotel (Los Angeles), where the hotel puts it in all guest rooms. I liked it so much I decided to order it, and I've now been using it for years. I highly recommend it.

As soon I used this soap, my skin felt smoothed and with moisture. You know you are cleaning your face with soap without drying out your skin. It is good for every kind of skin. I really recommended it. It is worth it! It is cheap, too.
I see these soaps from CST at TJ Maxx all the time and I read the ingredients..one of the first few ingredients listed is glycerin, hence they do not take all the glycerin out of the soap to sell for other commercial manufacturing. This means the soap is high quality and moisturizing, and rarely found anymore and you will not find glycerin listed as one of the main first few ingredients in grocery store soaps. The thing that attracted me to these soaps before I even read the label was the beautiful packaging and the absolutely heavenly scents. Now that I have found some reviews of these soaps I am going to buy these..they have tons of different scents and like the comment posted to the above review, you never know what the store will have so you can try all sorts of their various scents. I was so surprised to see that they don't have a large selection on Amazon. This is where I usually buy my french milled soaps and I am ecstatic about trying these by CST.

Just love this soap. Just got it as a gift.It is wonderful, lathers up quickly, does not irritate my husband's skinwhich is very sensitiveand does not leave any sticky residue. Nice pleasant mild fragrance.Makes my skin feel great after using on my face also. I was wondering how I would use the bar, since it is 12 oz. but the minute I touched it with my wet hands, the bubbles and scent rolled. I barely touched it and there was enough moisturizing soap to smooth over my whole body. Today, I am still enjoying the way I smell and the way my bathroom smells! I would not buy it at the going rate here, but try TJMaxx. The box is absolutely beautiful...wonderful for gifts, if you can part with it!!!
I buy everything from Amazon for my home supplies however this item is a complete rip off. Now I know this is two packs of 8, however Target sells a single pack of 8 for $3.49 which surprises me how much more expensive Amazon is with this product.

Coming from a dude who is not super picky about his soaps, I will say, this is not my favorite. It cleans fine but the smell is very odd and tobacco-ey. We had been using this soap for a while and our local grocery store could not keep it in stock. Found a source online. Product is equivalent to other Dial soaps as far as cleaning and odor protection but rinses clean with no residue feeling. Christmas gift for my mother who loves pig stuff. I really love the item but it did not have a nice smell to it. The scent was powdery and ridiculously strong. More of a novelty gift than anything, but thought the price was too high for such an odd smelling item.
I will admit the Acqua Di Parma Scented Soap is very pricy (all Acqua di Parma products are) but love the smell. You will find showering more enjoyable as it simple smells so good so think about getting a bigger hot water heater. Oh and it does the cleaning job very well too. Seems I am not the only one as I have found Acqua Di Parma products at a number of high-end hotels and exclusive resorts (first found it at the Ritz in Las Angeles). And "no" I am not a high roller, I just like quality products.
This is my favorite Dove soap ever I was so pleased to be able to purchase the 48 bars and have them delivered to my front door. I have 46 bars left and do not look forward to the end of these as Dove discontinued this product.

I love the scent of this soap, it cleans gently yet effectively. Small exfoliating beads (?) or something feel wonderful, the only dove soap i know of that has them. Smells good, maybe a tad too strong, and not what I expected olive oil to smell like. Wouldn't put it in my clothes because it would be too strong. Used as a bridal shower favor, silk bags received with the soap made the presentation cute. Would recommend.

I really like this soap. The smell is great (just a very clean soap smellnot too strong). It is very gentle. My only complaint is that the bar doesn't last as long as many other soaps. I read that some people take the bars out of the wrapper to let them dry out a bit before using them. I have already taken a few out of the wrapper to test it out.

Normally I use Dr Bonners but was down to my last bar and forgot to place an order. I happened upon Kirks Castille Soap and with my first use, I decided it was a good purchase. The bars are thinner than Dr Bonners and so they won't last as long but if you're looking for a soap without all the unnecessary chemicals with a very light scent and can't wait for a delivery, this is a nice bar of soap to use.
