I have had acne ever since I hit puberty (30+ years ago) and this is the best product I have used for it. Neem is naturally antibiotic so it works to kill the bacteria that cause acne. Slice Of Nature Black Soap 8oz

I cut the new bar of this black soap with a knife into four squares. I then used a small screwdriver to make a hole, and ran a nylon cord through the hole to make this a hanging soap in my shower.

The suds is plenty. The soap can drip a dark brown color when hanging wet, but just for a while. Easy to rinse off the shower wall.

No irritation, no odor I detect.

The soap is good, but just doesn't seem as strong as the Dettol I remember getting in Britain. I was really looking forward to that extra strong Dettol aroma and these bars just don't have it. Do they clean as well? No idea since I don't have a microbiology lab set up in my home.

Maybe the formula is different in India or maybe lost some of it's potency in shipping or the heat. It was over 100 F here so I can imagine it sat in a truck for hours at that was at least 120+ F.

The bath bars are ABSOLUTELY ENORMOUS and i could not hold one in my hand in the bath if i tried!!!!!!!!

I will try to cut them in HALF so i will be able to hang on to them. These are just huge chunks of soap and better suited to a man. The scents are very nice however.

I have used bath size bars of other Soaps for years and they are OVAL SHAPED, smaller than the above and easy to hang onto rather than just a big, way too long, square, high chunk of soap as the Michel Design products.
