The Photo indicates 4.25 ounce soap bars, but the ones that were shipped are only 4.00 ounce soap bars. Buyer needs to be made aware of this in the product description, and the Amazon Photo needs to be updated accordingly. I purchased from Amazon on the presumption I would be getting the 4.25 ounce soap bars. Other than that the soap is great for sensitive skin.
I used to use Dove soap and loved it. Now with my skin getting dryer, I thought I'd try it again and see if it would help. Unfortunately, I broke out in blisters all over my hands the first time I used one. Gave the rest to charity.

I seems to work okay for my hands. I got my first round of dyshidrotic eczema on my hands over the winter, so I get little blisters all over my hands. I was hoping it was an infection or something that would go away with treatment, but the doctor told me it was likely an allergy. I tried several other soaps, but they didn't seem to make a difference. Finally, based on the price and reviews, I tried this soap. My blisters are at a minimum. It doesn't seem to irritate my hands at all. I use it in the shower too, to try to prevent exposing my hands to other, more irritating soaps. It does have a nasty smell. I don't exactly smell like flowers after I wash with this, but I don't think that the nasty smell stays on my hands either. (Side note, I've been asked by a few men what kind of perfume I wear, that they would like to get it for their ladies. They look horrified when I explain that it's just my natural body odor ... Hahaha. Seems to me that all of those fake scents or scents derived from animal anuses aren't all that great. Plus the phrase "natural body odor" got rid of the creep trying to hit on me.) My only real complaint is that, compared to liquid soap and body wash, it leaves a lot of soap scum. I scrub down my sink and shower once a week, but the soap scum builds up enough to see within about 4 days.

I have very sensitive skin and many soaps can cause redness, a rash, and extreme dryness. It can be very difficult to find unscented soaps and, when you do, they usually tend to dry out my skin! My doctor recommended this soap for me over 10 years ago to help with my eczema and sensitive skin. It keeps the moisture in and doesn't dry out skin like other soaps. For the face, though, it can still be somewhat drying in the winter. The only product better than this for the face is Aquanil, which is water-based but a bit expensive to use for the entire body.
