Took a while to come and when it did I wasn't impressed with the quality of the product. The product was dried out. It crumbled when cut instead of slicing off nicely like other products I have received from other suppliers. The packaging was not great either instead of being one large chunk it was broken into a couple of bell shaped chunks wrapped in brown paper.

I read a review complaining of the packaging and quality of this product. I didn't have any problems with the packaging or quality. It came in one chunk similar to the picture and was not crumbly at all. I do a few different things with mine, one of which is making a liquid soap, adding my own oils.

When I use the soap alone, I feel very clean after using it, but I definitely feel dry, but no more dryer than after using any other soap, thats why I like to melt it down and add my own oils.

This product is great value for money and I will definitely order it again.

I am about to order for the second time! Yes, it maybe dry at times during shipping, but it is a natural product and this is what can occur. I love the soap and my acne has nearly disappeared! Customer for life!
