APIANA AP Pictoral Gift Box 4bar Gardener's, 4 - 3.5 oz Bars
I have been using Apiana Gardener's soap for years, initially after gardening or other messy work, but now I use it nearly every time I was my hands. I have tried other brands of gardener's soap, but this is the best. (It works even better with a nice natural bristle hand/nail brush.)It cleans very well, has a very light clean scent and doesn't seem to bother my sensitive skin the way many liquid hand soaps do. Normally I can't stand soap fragrances (like most men) but this scent is a mix of "traditional soap smell" and something very light and refreshing. (I don't care for their other scents of soap just the pale green gardener's soap.)
It also helps soothe and moisturize your hands without the greasy feeling of traditional moisturizers or hand creams.
While it isn't really strong enough to remove grease, oil-based paints and the like, I use it after having used something harsher as it leaves my hands feeling soothed.
I used to be able to find it locally, but not recently. You can order directly from the manufacturer but this four pack on Amazon (especially if you spend enough for free shipping) is a much better deal.
One word of caution though: The first box Amazon sent me contained (old?)dried out bars of soap that were severely flaking and partly broken, looked like they had been dropped and were not properly sealed. I don't know if they were old or if they had just been severely mishandled. They were unacceptable, but Amazon quickly replaced them with a box of brand new soap that was in perfect condition.

I've been using this soap for over a month. I found it at my local International Market. It was cheap...maybe $2.49. It's a good soap! My face was very clean and maybe a little more even but it didn't lighten me any. I'd use it again though.
Licorice Skin Whitening Lightening Pink Soap
I bought this item after reading on ehow.com that licorice root extract works well on fading dark spots. I was getting dark patches on my face like my mother did when she was my age. I hoped I would not get them but Oh No!!! Anyway with my first use, I saw a difference. The exfoliation was magnificent. My skin squeaked. I washed my whole body, then rinsed and as I toweled off my skin was still sloughing. So I got back in the shower and used a loofah along with the soap again. OMG I could not believe the dead skin I must of had that I missed all this time even with using a loofah sponge! So when I shower or bathe I wash once, rinse wait a couple minutes then wash again as this soap keeps working to exfoliate apparently after the first wash. Now as for lightening... I was going somewhere after my 3rd use of this soap and I put on my foundation. I was amazed that my face had become too light for it. I had to buy lighter make-up! All over my body I am at least a shade lighter and on my face and arms perhaps as much as 2 shades. The only setback is you must moisturize since your skin will be striped but you should moisturize anyway right? I bought another bar and am back for more as I do not want to be without. Oh and after my bath or shower even washing my face my nails are whitened like I scrubbed them for 10 minutes! Even after I garden.Love this soap!

This soap is great for my skin and it has a wonderful, natural clean scent. It does not have that overwhelming perfume that many soaps do that are moisturizing.

These soaps are very pretty and carved, and look just the way I wanted them to. However, they are so overly perfumed and so strong smelling they give me a headache and make me almost sick. They seem like they are artificially scented, since most natural scents don't cause headaches. i really regret buying them and doubt I can use them.
Sandalwood - Moisturizing Soap
I have been using Crabtree & Evelyn soaps for a couple of years now. The soaps smell nice and lathers very well. It also lasts for a long time! I have used other variants of these soaps with different smells and have been happy with them all. Crabtree and Evelyn is much superior compared to what you get with other brands ... the kind you find in just about all shopping malls for instance ...I highly recommend these soaps!

Ever since living in England years ago I have enjoyed Crabtree & Evelyn products. Their sandalwood soap is my favorite. It's great that I can get this product through Amazon.This soap has been around for as long as I can remember and it still is the best, ever. A clean scent that's not over-bearing that both men and women can enjoy; not like some of the less expensive sandalwood soaps. I truly look forward to taking a shower when this soap is in the stall.

I am a beauty product junkie. I wanted to start using just good old bar soap as it is better for the environment, takes up less space in the shower, etc., but I figured that no bar soap would be as creamy and lather as well as liquid body wash.Boy was I wrong-I have been using Zents Water Soap and it is the creamiest, best soap and lather I have EVER had-and I've used luxury body wash, products from bath and body, etc., and store brands. This stuff is wonderful. I am mad I didn't use it sooner-it was a gift from a friend (because who would buy themsevles $10 soap??) and has been sitting in my linen closet for the past year. So, I finally started using it. The fragrance is wonderful-not too overwhelming, could be good for a guy or a girl but is probaby on the guy side. Plus, since it is a bar soap (and a big bar at that), I know it will last for a LONG time.
I am sold!

I did a little change up the other day. I have two bathrooms in my house. I bought old faithful, the Origional Irish Spring for upstairs and Irish Spring Icy Blast for downstairs. I must say that it is not as GREAT as the Origional Irish Spring but it is still good. Like the origional the bar holds up well and isn't gone in just a few days. It's a nice size bar of soap and it does have a 'cool blast' kind of scent. I could see if you were a business man sitting in your office all day wheeling and dealing and having some martini's at lunch and a nice cigar with the boys at the club... you might wanna try this. It has that certain manly clean scent that will have your wife ready for play time as soon as dinner is over and Beaver and Wally are ready for bed. That tiger you unleash after a nightcap will pur like a kitten once she smells what a classy, powerful, gentleman really should smell like. Dad hell! Get over here and gimme some sugar baby.

I have some of the largest pores and worst acne. This soap clears almost any issue. I have tried it all even RX body washes at $150 per bottle. My mother has used some of my bars. She says that at 50+ her skin needs more moisture. This soap works wonderfully for dry skin as well. So it is a soap that balances the skin and mends irritations. Also I have searched nearly every type of whole foods store for a soap with a higher clay content. There isn't a soap out there that has a higher clay content as this soap is basically clay mixed with essential oil rather than oils with a smidge of clay. Ethnic skin shows a preference towards clay soaps. I LOVE IT. Thanks.

Green Tea By Roger & Gallet Pefumed Soap, 3.5-Ounce, 3-Count
I have loved every Roger & Gallet soap I've tried. Nice texture--doesn't get slimy or mushy. Nice scent--pleasant but not overpowering. Nice size--the bar even fits well in my hand, and lasts a long time but not so long that I'm tired of the scent before the soap run outs.

Slightly less than one year ago (late September 2009) I was getting low on Pears, but I couldn't find it at my local Denver, Colorado, USA, area stores, so I bought a 12-bar carton from Amazon. Now I only have 4 bars left, and so today I bought some bars at a local Dollar Tree store. I noticed the packaging changes, but I didn't realize the extent of the disaster until I got home, compared a new box with an old, and saw the strange new ingredient list. That motivated me to open a new box, which revealed the new plastic/cellophane wrapping. I opened it and was greeted by the horrible new odor! It's quite a nasty-smelling formulation, reminiscent of some kind of insecticide or industrial cleaning product. I immediately returned the bars. Unfortunately, this probably means that Amazon also no longer has the old formula, unless a savvy and honest seller specifically says that they have the original product. I bought this soap more out of curiosity, and it is gentle, very mild and very cleansing. I think it smells like tabacco though, but it lathers up good and I use it on my face, I like it.It's really harsh on my face so I began to use it on my body and it doesn't really do much for me. I wont be purchasing it again.Ok, so I placed my order Wednesday night and received my package Saturday, very impressed. The only reason I gave my review 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have not yet used the soap. However, when I do i'll be sure to come back and give my honest opinion regarding the soap.
