This has the same great properties as the regular Dr. Bronner's Soap with the added benefit of Eucalyptus oil. I don't use it for cleansing, but it is perfect for a warm bath when I am congested to clear my sinuses, or to put in a bowl of hot water and breathe in the steam. It is especially good for this if you have kids and like to use natural methods to cure colds before trying drugs.

A little bit goes a long way, which is always great. The scent is nice and it feels refreshing which is important.

Really wakes you up in the morning on those cold days. Only complaint is it's a little drying.

Also, traditional castile soap has olive oil as its main ingredient, not this one. ()
