When our order soap got lost in the mail and failed to arrive after a few weeks, Level Naturals was quick to respond by sending us a package including the originally requested soap along with candles, shower bombs, and a handwritten note.As promised, the unscented soap does not have much of a smell and works pretty well. The other items are quite lovely. I especially appreciate that it is gluten free.
