The soap has a fresh pear scent which doesn't overpower the nose. I am prone to perfume induced headaches and have had no problem. The soap leaves my skin feeling fresh and moisturized. The only drawback is the consistency of the lather; I prefer more of a foam. Overall very pleased with the product.
