I deliver foals for ranchers and end up damp a lot of the time. Yes, a little gross but that's what I do. Anyway, I got tinea versicolor from it. I live in the deep south (Louisiana) so it is hot and humid. I had no idea I had this for years. My doctor was out due to health issues and I saw another one who walked in asking me about it. She gave me some shampoo which worked so so. This worked great. As one lady says it doesn't completely wash off, so it keeps working.

I like that because it is not itchy on your skin like soap but working a long time after. At first it has a rough side which I use a cloth so this doesn't matter to me. That doesn't last long, and to be honest the soap is one you have to baby, like glycerin soaps. I have no problem with that either. If it will cure my rash who cares. If it breaks in half, use the halves until all gone. Again this is for a rash not a night on the town. It is what it is.

I would buy the double pack if you have major issues or plan on doing what gives you the stuff in the first place. I use it after, I use plain soap in really warm water to open my pores. Then let it sit for a minute before washing it off. As you sweat during the day it really works well. So I like the soap, for me it has been great. It also seems to repel insects too. It is sulfur so don't expect Victoria don't tell nobody. It IS WHAT IT IS!!!

I used it for one week and had no results. I am on my second try with this and now notice some improvement.
