Soap on a Rope 6.7 oz by Musgo Real

This soap is nice. I like it.

It's hard to say much about soap really, though I've tried quite a few bars so far. The packaging, first and foremost, is very regal and appears quite luxurious. The rope is good rope. And the soap has a great clean scent. I am hesitant to describe a scent in a review because it is quite subjective, but I found it masculine, a little spicy or woody, but not too overpowering. Very warm and inviting.

Great price too worth a try at least once if you are looking for something new to try. May or may not become your favorite, but it's in my lineup for sure.

I love this stuff. I never thought I could bring myself to pay this much for soap but it is amazing. It smells a little strong when you first smell it but it mellows out after you use it in the shower. One bar will last me almost a month and yes I shower daily. Even my 13 year old son likes it. He says it smells "manly" and it does. Plus it makes a ton of creamy lather. Not sure if it's worth the money and the rope is too small to put my hand through but I'm going to keep buying it.

I thought the rope would have been long enough to put around someone's neck, but it is only long enough to put on a wrist. My husband cannot use his hands to hold anything, so this was a drawback however, I tied a shoelace to the rope to put around is neck and that worked ok. Unfortunately my husband had another stroke and is now bedridden, so I cannot give you too much information on this, but I think the soap was good and other than the size of the rope, I would recommend this to anyone who can use their hands and put the rope on their wrist.

I bought this because I am familiar with the other Musgo products. I ended up liking this a lot more than I'd expected.

My whole life, I've been using body wash / shampoo / face wash. A bar of soap acts as all three. Some days I even rub it on my face to work up a shaving lather while I'm in the shower.

Anyway, this has cut my shower time in half. I grab the soap, rub it all over my hair, chest, and legs. Then grab my Axe Detailer Shower Tool 1 each and work up a thick lather. Rubbing my fingers in my hair also works a rich lather to wash my hair and face. No more fumbling with 3 different bottles.

Overall, the smell is great, but doesn't linger like a bar of Irish Spring soap. I also like that it doesn't feel scummy or soapy like I've felt with bar soaps in the past. Very clean scent, rinses clean, feel great.
