I switched away from bar soap a few years ago and started using liquid body soap. I hated that bar soap left me feeling like I had a thin layer of film and didn't feel like they exfoliated my skin like a loofah could. I bought the Dove Men + Care bar because of the advertisements and I had used their body wash.The soap has a great refreshing scent and lathers into a almost lotion like substance. Unlike most bar soap, this soap feels more premium like it contains a moisturizer while still not feeling oily. The bar lacks any texture or crystals to exfoliate your skin when used directly. This is okay, as you would normally lather this into a cloth or loofah, which provides its own scrubbing texture. Overal I recommend this to other men who like bar soap but are looking for something that doesn't leave a soap scum residue on your skin or shower.
