I used sulfur soap for itchy skin and I worked very well, I bought several supplies until my skin problem cleared up

I read the review and thought it will help to reduce my acne. I ordered 2 soaps and couldn't wait to use it. After taking shower with this soap, I felt dizzy and tired. My body started to sweat and my lips are numb. I then went online check for any side-effects and turned out indeed it has a few. Please check with your doctor before using it for whole body wash. I trashed my soaps.

This soap is a great treatment option for anyone suffering from acne or irritated skin. I've been using this soap in the shower for a few weeks now, and I can definitely see a difference. My pores are smaller and aren't as clogged looking, and my skin overall looks healthier. My skin is sensitive and easily irritated, so I tend to have red areas on my face, particuarly around my hairline. After a few weeks of using this soap, however, those red irritated areas are pretty much gone, and I have a lot less blackheads.

I gave the soap 4 stars rather than 5 because you do have to be careful using it. If any soap suds get in your eyes, the sulfur does sting and will hurt. Sulfur is also extremely drying, so I'm finding that if I use the soap every night, my skin will peel in the mornings and appear dry. Thus, I use it every other night, and use a moisturizing soap on the other days so that my face doesn't dry out too much.

Still, sulfur is a much better treatment option than benzyl peroxide products. Those are irritating chemicals that overly dry your skin, making your oil glands overcompensate and create MORE oil, leading to a nasty cycle of treatment. Sulfur, on the other hand, is a natural anti-bacterial and has properties that slough off dead skin cells, so it's actually fighting the main causes of acne!

Overall, a good soap for a great price just don't use it every night!

Vinolia Cold Cream Bath Soap 170g soap bar

I first bought this soap at a traveling Titanic exhibit as a souvenir. I absolutely loved the way it smelled.. so it only lasted in the box a few weeks before I finally decided I had to try it and see what all the fuss was about. After all, it had been offered to the first class passengers on Titanic as an extra luxury.

Indeed it is a little pricey for a bar of soap, but it lasted a lot longer than I would have predicted it to. After daily use of at least a shower or two a day, I'd say it lasted about three weeks to a month.

I would come out of the shower smelling like a 1912 millionaire tycoon , cool and refreshed. It does not over dry the skin nor does it clog the pores, whereas I would have a problem with it because I have sensitive skin and usually just buy hypo allergenic soaps.

This soap is great and I keep coming back for more.. its worth the price and I would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about trying it. Try it... You'll love it.

This cold cream bath soap is pretty much amazing. It looks plain and uneventful, but don't judge the soap by it's dull cover. The lather that comes from this bar is impressive to say the least. You start to feel your skin turn to goo (I mean the good goo, not the flesh eating chemical goo, that would be bad) within moments of using it. Yes it's a bit pricey if you're a standard user of ZEST or any other cheaper bar, but I would consider it a nice treat for yourself and would highly recommend hiding it from anyone under the age of 13, they couldn't possible appreciate it's wonderfulness; they'd most likely end up chewing on it or whatever kids like to do with soap.

This is my second order from this company. The soap is awesome. I make liquid soap with it and add a little coconut oil and a couple of drops of tea tree oil and wash my hair with it. This amount should last me quite awhile. I have also used it to make a mask by adding some honey to it. My skin looks so soft and is clearing up tremendously. I purchased several different scents (sandalwood, jasmine, bouquet, and ginseng) and while they all have a very nice scent to them, I particularly like ginseng, and sandalwood/jasmine are tied for 2nd place. I am very sensitive to many things (have not been tested for multiple chemical sensitivity yet) and most soaps (ivory and for some reason original irish spring are tolerable) are too much for me. I was reluctant to purchase these soaps, but I decided to give it a shot. Much to my surprise, I actually did not experience any negative affects that usually occur when a product has a scent to it. The soap lathers very well and leaves my bathroom smelling very good. I would like to see a lotion or EDT version from the manufacturer with the exact scent options (don't know if that is possible). The price is very reasonable (many soap companies sell their soaps for at least 2-3 times the price of these soaps) and I hope that the company continues manufacturing this quality product for many years to come.

I've been using this product for the last 20 years. It has never left my skin feeling dry, or left a film on me like "body wash" does. It has the great clean scent of Rosemary (unlike Neutrogena).

I always buy 6 bars or so, unwrap them and let them air dry so they last longer.

It's not a deodorant soap,a perfumed soap, or a fancy soap.

It very simply gets me clean and feeling fresh.

This Pears soap is absolute rubbish, nothing like the original at all. Why do they pay idiots to "improve" on a tried and true recipe! It smells horrible, looks cheaply made, and is so watered down it only lasts a couple of weeks, instead of months for the old type. Of course that is probably a good thing. I mean to use it up washing the dogs.

I love this soap it smells so good leaves a fresh, crisp cranberry scent behind after each shower. It doesn't seem to dry my skin out with daily use either and that is a plus as well.
