The concept of caffeine in my soap was one that excited me to no end. I figured I'd wake up with a blast of energy and be extra awesome. It turns out it really just dries out your skin really badly. I had to abandon the soap and go back to standard issue Ivory soap.
I bought this soap for my husband, who wanted some bay rum soap. He had no idea how hard it is to find some bay rum soap that didn't cost a fortune. Also, it's tricky to buy something fragrant over the internet(you'll never know what you'll get), but I apparently hit the soap jackpot, for he just loves this. It does smell wonderful-kind of spicy, the way bay rum should smell, and it was not too expensive. Great lathering soap, too, so he tells me.

the "clean burst" on this floss is really little waxy flavored flakes that come off on your hands & teeth. it turns into a slimy mush on the floss as you are trying to floss your teeth, making it unable to get a good grip on the floss. do not recommend.Want Reach Clean Burst Waxed Floss-Icy Spearmint-55 yds. Apparently, this line of Lever 2000 soaps didn't catch on, because I can no longer find it in the major grocery chains in DC. Thankfully, it's being sold on Amazon! I love this fragrance because I don't have to wear perfume with--and yet people think I am. I've actually receive compliments on the fragrance!

Can't get this stuff in smalltown USA where I live. A nice change from the regular Dial soap that's available here. The scent is pleasant and appealing. I can't wait to try some of the other Dial varieities.

It is a shame that my supermarket recently stopped carrying Dial Lemongrass Glycerin soap, but then again it is cheaper by half buying it on Amazon. It makes me nervous that this might be a discontinued item, so I am stocking up. The scent is clean and refreshing, not heavy and perfumed like other Dial soaps. And it has no triclosan, so one does not need to worry about that. It is gentle to my skin and rinses well in our hard Fresno water. And finally, it fits the color scheme of my bathroom which makes my wife happy lol. Doesn't lather as much as I would like. Decent enough of a product though for the price I paid, but not positive I would buy it again.
I have super sensitive skin, and this doesn't irritate me. The smell is outstanding and a real pick-me-up, especially since normally I don't tolerate much fragrance. Great to be able to refill my existing pump.

Liked this soap a lot. Smells like you'd expect from the description: nice, natural woody sort of smell with hints of lavender. Just lathered it some on my hands as well as a bit directly (gently) on my pooch's back. Washed out nicely, and seemed to reduce shedding for about a week. Also did not seem to dry out my pup's skin.
Having tried the sensitive-skin type before, I ordered a pack of these after seeing that the sensitive-skin type was sold out, and have to say that I prefer these much more. Not only does this type have a cleaner feeling, my skin has never looked better since using this and it has pretty much eliminated the need to use a moisturizer after washing due to the dried-out appearance that you get with so many other types of soap. While the sensitive-skin bar doesnt necessarily leave you with dry skin, this type does a better job of moisturizing from my experience. On top of that, it has a very pleasant, very mild scent that is absent from the sensitive-skin bar and one bar of this seems to last quite a bit longer as well. I'd give it a 5-star if they weren't as expensive but the value is fairly good for what you get (really good-looking skin).

This is a gentle soap (I use it as my face soap) and it has a pleasant, but very subtle scent. I love this bar, it lathers like no other. I love the lather it makes, great for shaving, nothing else I have used has come close. Works great at exfoliating without leaving a film or residue. I first used these bars 13 years ago when they were available in drug stores. They smell good and don't irritate my skin. It's great to get these online too.
Found this soap by chance at a discount store. At 10.5 oz it is gigantic. The soap has a gentle fragrance and a nice smooth feel. It moisturizes, but it is much lighter and cleaner in feel to "Dove" for example. If you want a soap that heavily moisturizes, this is probably too light for you. If you want a natural feeling soap, this is good.

This soap, like many others have stated is quite simply...outstanding. However, I can walk into the Kroger down the street right now and pay $2.99 a bar individually. Don't get me wrong, I love Amazon, but in this case for me, it's not the least expensive route. You might look in your local grocery store's organics section to see if these soaps are there and check the prices. You could be pleasantly surprised.
The product is okay. I started to send it back but decided I would use as an anti bacterial soap to wash my hands. I was hoping that it was Eartherapy Savon Soap which I had the pleasure of using while I was at a resort a few weeks ago. The Savon Aroma is so soothing to the senses. It comes in a 1.76oz bar.

I've had this for more than 4 months to give it a good try out. I did not purchase it for soap, but my experience could stand up for that as well. The wood stands up well; there is no sign of deterioration either.
