Guys, I think this is listed in the Products for Women catagory, but you've nothing to fear. This is one great, fresh and clean smelling soap and that's how it'll leave your bathroom smelling after a shower. It's a little potent when it's first unwrapped, but it calms right down.

I am chemically sensitive and have extremely dry skin in the winter. I've been searching for a SLS-free soap made with all-natural ingredients without lavender which I'm allergic to. I thought I'd give this product a try, even though it was not rated, and no where does it state the SIZE of the bar even on the manufacturers website. I was fearfully expecting itty bitty hotel soaps! Well I'm measuring a bar in front of me now and it is a 3" x 1" x 1-7/8" rectangle. This is my favorite soap when it's hot outside. It has a cool feeling due to the peppermint and I just feel so clean after. If you have dry or sensitive skin, beware, as this might iritate and/or dry out your skin. I have found when I use this during the colder months, my skin gets itchy, which is relieved when I use my lotion. A minor issue is the quantity of soap you get for the price. It lasts a decent amount of time IF you keep the soap in a dish.

there's nothing like taking a shower with the refreshing smell of peppermint. the soap might not last the longest, but in my opinion it's worth buying an extra bar (using 2 of these per 1 dove) for the smell and tingle that peppermint provides. Although many people do not recommend soap for cleansing the face, there are times that using creamy cleansers or other types of face washes won't do, and I want to feel the clean of plain soap and water but without drying my skin. This soap does not have harsh irritants. It is the only cleanser in bar from that does not dry out my skin. It's a lovely off white or soft beige color with the words "Pearl" carved on the front of the bar. It leaves me feeling refreshed and my skin looking nice. I definitely use a moisturizer afterwards but a few times I did not just to see how my face felt. It did not feel dry or tight. Don't let the price fool you. It's a lovely soap for the face and body. It rinses clean without leaving a residue. I recommend this product.

The Grisi Natural Mother of Pear Bar Soap with Humederm 3.5oz is an excellent soap to use on your face. I have sensitive skin and really like the properties of this particular brand because it leaves my skin soft and supple. I highly recommend this purchase for those with sensitive skin.
Lily-of-the-valley has been my mother's favorite flower and fragrance all her 86 years. I buy her this soap twice a year for Christmas and birthday and she uses every bit of it. This stuff is incredible. Cleans white like it's nobodies business. Works incredibly well on Sport uniforms without ruining them. Seems to work well on colors as well, even tough the label seems to just talk about whites.

If you have small hands, try the 4 oz size (assuming you'll be using it in the shower). The 8 oz size is difficult to hold onto. It is great soap though and leaves one feeling ultra clean. I am more than sold on this product. Not only does this soap rate as lowest toxicity at but the bar lasts last for a very long timewhich more than makes up for the slightly more expensive price compared to mainstream bar soaps. It is a quality product that I purchase in bulk so as not to run out. I plan to use it on my baby too when he or she arrives next year.
We've used Dial Daily Care Antibacterial Hand Soap (with moisturizing aloe) for as long as I can remember. It's excellent. Easy to use and wash off. Good cleanser and good antibacterial action. It's always rated as one of the best. What more could you ask for? Well, my wife doesn't like the bottles it comes in and would prefer to provide her own dispensers for the bathrooms. OK, it's doable. She buys it in the big refill containers which are kept in the garage and then brings out the small containers to be refilled as necessary. So, this is one of the refill containers and it would work well for that purpose. However refill containers come in all sizes and my wife's last purchase was a one-gallon size which she found at a local warehouse store. Well, that's overdoing it a bit, if you ask me. However, the container is now 2/3 empty. I just can't remember back to when we first purchased it but the container is now quite dusty. Oh, well. It's a good product and has a long shelf life.
I was disappointed in this and ended up returning it the very same day. I did not have to unwrap it to know it was not what was presented in the photo. It was more on the yellow side and the smell was strong. I have used the light shea butter in the past in the smell was mild. I could smell this from the packaging. I have had family send me the Ivory White Creamy raw shea butter in the past (directly from Ghana) and so I do know the difference. I would not get this again. The packaging could also have been better. It was in saran wrap and then put in the envelope and mailed.

This product lathers pretty good and spells like a regular soap it had a good scent and left my skin super soft it did however work faster than the Likas papaya soap for me! I Do Not recommend this for washing your face though if you have sensitive or acne prone skin it might make you break out alot so just use on the body it is ment to whiten the skin but I don't think it'll do it in 7 days as the box says so don't expect excessive super fast results in a day being realistic if that's what your looking for maybe this product isn't for you it's a good product over all and I enjoyed reviewing it I'm almost done with it ! :)
I hesitated buying a soap product for my husband, but this one was fabulous and well appreciated. It has a light scent that is wonderful in the shower, but does not linger or make my husband smell like he took a bath in aftershave. Even my teenage sons wanted bars of their own! Now that is a great soap product!!!
This was a very interesting idea for a soap so I gave it a try. It's very pure, made only from western juniper and a few other oils. The outdoorsy smell is very subtle once you lather the soap, and the smell reminded me more of Ivory soap than an evergreen forest. It's difficult to work this bar into a thick lather, so it's probably better as a hand or facial soap than a body bar. It rinses off easily and leaves your skin feeling tight and fresh without overdrying. Overall a very cool soap that will make you feel like a clean and fresh lumberjack!
This soap is the best natural soap that I have used. I've tried many, many different types of natural soaps, and this is the only one that doesn't sting my skin. It smells really nice too, makes me feel like I'm at the spa. It does have little exfoliator granules in it, so if you don't like that, you will not like this soap (the granules are a little scratchy, but the nice thing is that they actually come out of the soap, they don't stay stuck in there like little barbs to come back and haunt you shower after shower). Over all, a very nice soap.

As someone with skin that's both dry and very sensitive, I run into trouble with a lot of exfoliating soaps being too harsh, but the rice bran granules in this bar are small enough to create a scrubbing sensation without being overly-scratchy. Pre de Provence makes nice French Soaps with Shea Butter cheaper than most brands. These 250gr bars last forever especially compared to supermarket soaps. With the 2% shea butter that is added to the soap, it does not dry out your skin, which you will immediately notice. I use these soaps, instead of shaving cream, to shave with in the morning. The fragrance is fruity, but not sweet a good adult fragrance for men or women. My only quibble with the description is that these soaps are not made with natural essential oils, almost no soaps are. Essential oil fragrances are not stable, don't smell that great and are not very strong. These are made with perfume oils from some of the top perfumers in Grasse and they are just fine on your skin. Besides that, the have a nice strong scent the freshens up your entire bathroom.

Bay Rum is one of those exotic scents that have stood the test of time. Even though I have other Burt's goodies I find the soap alone leave that subtle fragrance that make female noses approach your personal space. At that time you will be glad that your pores are clean.
