Rose Scented Rose Petal Soap Party Favor Wedding Favor

I purchased these for my honeymoon to romance the wife.

They do smell like roses and they look really nice until you put them into the water. They melt pretty fast, lose their shape and leave the water a red/pink color. Some of them stuck to the side of the tub and became solid again when they cooled. I had to wash it off with warm water. And when you get out of the tub, you feel the film from the soap covering your body and hair and its not pleasant.

If your lady is laid back she may say "its the thought that counts". If she's not that kind of lady, I wouldn't recommend these. Instead go with a nice bubble bath, you won't feel like you need to shower when you're done.

The smell lasts long, but the petals lose their shape as soon as they touch the water.

Sebamed Soap-free Cleansing Bar For Sensitive Skin, 3.5-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 4)

Let me start by saying that I've used this product for about 5 years now. I intend to use it for the rest of my life.

In the past, prior to my finding out about this soap, I've tried all sorts of stuff, from things like ProActive to even more expensive brands that were imported from France which I cannot remember the name of. Nothing worked for my face and it would always cause irritation and sometimes more acne. For whatever reason, this soap is extremely gentle for people with sensitive skin and it didn't dry out my face like how some other facial cleansers might.

All in all, if you've got acne problems and you've tried literally EVERYTHING, or find that you get irritations from your current facial cleaners, give this bar-soap a try. I'd recommend using one entire bar-soap through before coming to a conclusion of whether it works for you or not. The biggest problem with facial cleaners is that it's all about finding the right thing that your skin will agree with (e.g., some people just use body soap to wash their faces!).

My grandson as an infant had very patchy dry skin and even the Doctor remarked to my daughter to use more lotion. A nurse I work with recommended Sebamed and it is great. No medicine smell, lathers nicely. My grandchildren are 5 and 7 and still use it. Worth giving it a try.

Chandrika Soap Chandrika Sandalwood Soap

I picked this up on a whim when I picked up the box and smelled the scent, I tossed it in my shopping basket. I just used it this morning and I REALLY love it. I'm not always in the mood for sandalwood, but when I am, this stuff is AWESOME. It's a really nice, gentle soap no scary chemical ingredients and a very pure sandalwood scent. Hours later, the scent was still lingering on my skin it wasn't at all overpowering, very subtle. I especially noticed it during yoga, of all places. By evening, the scent was completely gone. I'm hooked, I'll be buying more of this, for sure.

I expected more of a sandalwood scent from this soap. It was not quite was I'd hoped for, but it's good enough.

"Big Ass Brick of Soap" Smells Like Victory

This is my daily bar of soap after a good workout. It smells great and helps me get energized for the day.

The only con is I wish Duke Cannon sold a soap holder for it. This soap stays in my dopp kit. It's a bit too large for your standard soap container.

Though its sent is not exactly what i expected, it says little in the product description other than clean and fresh scent. Which to my untrained nose smells like any other cheap brand of bar soap. I would recommend the Smells Like Accomplishment.

In all this will last me ages and i feel its worth the money but im going to buy Accomplishment next

Bath & Body Works Anti-Bacterial Deep Cleansing Hand Soap Eucalyptus Mint

Not a mint fan, but this is a very pleasant and interesting scent, maybe it is the eucalyptus. Good value.

First problem was this is advertised as a "2 pack" and I only got 1. I contacted Amazon customer service and got a partial refund for it. Second issue is the packaging smelled unmistakably like marijuana to me and my wife. My wife removed the plastic wrapper and came over, said "smell this" and immediately I knew she was referring to a cannabis odor. Not that I have a problem with cannabis usage, but at least get my order right and keep the odor off my product.

The soap itself is not all that great. We have been using the foaming cleanser version of this (bought at the actual B&BW store), which is magnitudes better then this one in my opinion.

I have turn to Plant life soaps because it's 'all natural'. I ordered the ambrosia soap first, then this one, for I have acne, but extremely sensitive skin, AND I praised them for the natural soap, but spoke to soon. Like 'Mamabear007' mention it did make me itch and I also got a rash on my face that lasted several days I also have break outs on my body. I have tryed six of their differnet soaps(that's because I wanted to stick to natural products) to find one that won't over dry or 'annoy' my sensitive skin , and to my disappointment i've found none from Plant life. At frist I though it was another product I was using along with the soaps that was giving me that reaction, I stop using it and no change. Then I though okay, like some products it gets worst before it gets better (like different gel)but that was not the case. I have about eight of the soaps left in my house, so now I am just using them as 'decorative soap'...they do have a nice sent. But I will no long be using Plant life soaps...although I do like their detox bath salt which I use every now and then, I dont seem to react to it. So if your someone with sensitive skin, please use with caution, i'd recommend a gentle clenser like Cetaphil or use baby product, as I have started to and my skin is responding good. However if your not the sensitive type, I think you'll love these soaps, my sister LOVES them! Hope this helps

Like this soap a lot. very pleasant scent. when smelling the bar, it seems a little strong, but after showering, was pleased to see that it left a light but pleasant scent on my skin. skin feels clean and refreshed after using. Also glad to know that i don't have to worry about any of the harmful ingredient that many soaps have (yes, i checked the ingredients!)

good sized bar too. i was surprised to see the bar was so big, so i cut it in half, and now have two smaller bars, but just my opinion.

OVERALL? great soap, Pleasant scent. worth the price definitely.

Jason Natural Soap, Tea Tree Oil 16 oz

Well, it's just a liquid soap, not cheap compared to some others on the market, but it does clean your hands and gets rid of the bacteria on them (well, I guess, I am not a scientist, nor do I have the testing materials to actually see if it does this). It really doesn't have much of a smell (which is probably good as I have some tea oil and it stinks). There are more pleasant scents on the market; if you are going for smell as a part of your hand washing, look some more. Supposedly tea tree oil has some good qualities for the skin, so maybe on that line, this a good product.

This is a repeat purchase for me whether it's from Amazon or not. I love the silky texture and the smell.

I've been using this for two weeks now and it has done wonders for pimples on my face . It heals them up at 2-3 days. Some how i had ringworms growing on my neck for a few weeks, the soap zapped them in 5 days, no itching, no open wounds, just some scarring left over. As for the acne scars on my face, its taking a little while to go away but that's understandable because scars take time since it is deeper than the top layer of skin. Just be careful when you have open pimples while washing; it will sting! and dont washing too much around your eyes bc the soap is a bit harsh. BUT if you moisturize after, the sting goes away. The soap is a little bit drying also but moisturizing after will fix that too. A little bit goes a long way; two weeks and I'm not even halfway yet. Instead, take the soap in your hand, put some water and rub together. It WILL clean your whole face with just a small piece of soap. Do NOT let the soap sit in water because the water erodes the soap very easily. If you want a nice soap that will MAKE YOUR PORES SMALLER, FACE SMOOTHER, AND CLEAN WITHOUT STRIPPING THE NATURAL OILS IN YOUR FACE, BUY THIS SOAP! its worth it. If you're skeptical, buy a small bar like I did. But best believe, I am buying a 12lb for my body and to last me a while !! Its also good for your hair ! INVEST !

I bought this item to work on my moderate acne, and to help clear up dark spots on my face. I was unable to give the soap time to see if the spots would clear because is was so very drying. It actually made my existing acne worse, and dried out my face considerably.
