Lavender Fine English Soap (Box of 3) 3.5ozea bars by Woods of Windsor

I bought my set of 3 soaps at Marshall's for $5.99 without s/h costs. First of all, I don't like lavender scented soaps but I wanted to try their soap out since I'm a soap addict and since the soaps are triple milled and made in England and I love english soaps since they're soft, lather well, and are well-scented.

The small 3.5 oz soaps are soft and heavily lavender scented and if you're a woman, you probably wouldn't like it (unless you love lavender) because it has a musky scent to it. They lather semi-decently.

I didn't know what to do with the soaps since I really didn't care for the musky lavender scent so I keep them mixed with some water or other fragrant bath wash/gel in a small plastic covered container to soften them and now I just use them as a "soap paste" on my smelly, sweaty feet which leaves my feet well-softened and well-scented from a tiring, grueling day.

Again for men, they would be great as an everyday soap or as gifts. For women whose favorite scent is not lavender, I would not recommend them.

As with any soap, if you want to have it last longer, keep it away from water and get a soapholder with holes on the bottom so the water doesn't stay to liquefy the soap.

A La Maison Bar Soap Thousand Flowers

I've always used South of France gardenia but my local store didn't stock up anymore so the sales assistant recommended this to me. They smell identical and I love how this soap cleans very well without drying out the skin. It feels creamy but not greasy. I use this soap everyday and each shower feels luxurious. It's not too expensive but I really don't mind spending a little bit more on bath products as long as I can rely on its quality. I smell good all day even though I sweat a lot so that's definitely a winner in my book. Try this one, it's so much better than regular drugstore soaps.

Zest Aqua Bar Soap

I have used zest for longer than I can remember...recently I bought a large multi pack , took a long relaxing shower and felt greasy within hours..with 95% and high humidity I certainly don't need added moisture...

I called the company and asked about ingredients currently in their soaps..I was told they are adding palm oil and coconut oils as well as vitamin e..

There goes another great product down the tubes...

Why can't these people stop fixing things that aren't broken ?????

I thought it would be more but if I recall correctly, it was only one bar of soap. But I like zest so, that is okay. Nice fresh and clean scent.

Kappus Almond Oil Soap 100 g bar

After being an Olivella fan for years I first tried Kappus at the recommendation of a private drugstore employee...now use it in bathrooms as the best hand soap we've ever used. It is nicely milled; does not get soft and squishy which I hate. There are a variety of available fragrances from quite feminine to almond etc that is fine for everyone and not too strong. Best of all, this soap seems to be very gentle on my hands especially in the winter. Also nicely priced for the quality.

Glycerine Bar Soap - Honeysuckle, 4 oz ( Multi-Pack)

This soap is wonderful. Very refreshing and a light, pleasant scent which stays with you only a short time. We've been using it now for over 10 years.

The PRICING is ridiculous though! To purchase the quantity of 12 from PharmaFrag they charge $3.27 a bar (free shipping... and if you believe that, I have a bridge to sell you).

I happen to know this soap, from a distributor, comes in a box of 24. I can order these from my local health food stores Special Orders desk and they charge $1.99 per bar do the math.

Of course, if you do not have access to a service such as this, you'll be stuck paying extra.

I have always loved the smell of honey suckle and this soap is the real deal. My shower time is perfumed with the smell of honey suckle. This soap is very gentle on my sensitive skin and has the added advantage of being low residue so the shower clogs much less often when I use this soap relative to other soaps. It is a low lather soap so if you like lots of lather this is not the soap for you.

I love that this is a natural soap, without all the chemicals. The price is nice, and my husband likes it so much that he bathes our son with it (hair and all). It have a lovely fresh, clean scent. Honeysuckle is the only one we've tried, but we like it so much we don't care to try any other. We've used this brand and scent for over a year now.

Okay I am only familiar with this soap because it is very reminiscent of a naturally homemade soap my husband brought back from Brugge in Belgium. I wasn't very fond of it at first and then I learned that he loved this scent, especially on me. It grew on me and then I tried to find some more. It costs 14,00 euros online but then I spotted Clearly Naturals (Honeysuckle and other scents) at a local grocery store for $1.99. It feels like the same soap and definitely smells the same so I buy it there. But this is such a better deal! Overall I love it because its natural, it cleans and its good for sensitive skin. Not much of a lather but it gets the job done! Good for your body, face and nether regions, lol.

I bought this on sale one day for the sake of trying something new and it smelled awesome.

The first week was... confusing. I couldn't get over the bar not lathering, didn't feel clean. After about a week of using the Clearly Natural soap, my complaints went away. I felt cleaner and my skin was actually getting softer. Yeah, it doesn't lather, but that's something you get used to--the suds don't do much of anything anyway. It doesn't leave the heavy feeling that regular soap tends to (for me, anyway).

Dermisa Soap Sulfur Facial 3 oz.

I decided to try two other brands and compare them with the two brands that I have been using for a long time. Ouch, did I make a mistake to give them a try!

This is an imported South American brand and is real cheap quality like those little itty bitty Motel 6 type that is junk.

I will forever now stick with the two best brands that my dermatologist recommends Stieffel and also SulfurSoap found on the web.

It is a world of difference.

One day my mom bought this soap from Walgreens, but i was skeptical about this product as i am allergic to Sulfa based antibiotics. I looked up online to see if people who are allergic to Sulfa are allergic to its pure compound of it, studies showed that its most likely not. So, i gave it a try, and it truly does work! Now i didn't know that this product is from South America, but i don't think that should make the quality inferior? Sulfur is a drying agent, to dry the skin and bacteria on your face that causes acne. Sulfur is also the oldest know remedy to treat acne. I am not into the whole, lets put chemically lab created stuff on my face, so learning about this really boosted me into trying this!

Now i know that the drying part of it sounds bad, but like all new products your face will get adjusted. It took about a week to week and half for my face to adjust and moisture to retain. Within that week i notice my zits diminishing rapidly, i also noticed my scars fading. So i don't know the true experience of the other person review, but for its price, why not give it a try?

Another thing to add! If you wear silver jewerly while showering take it off. Sulfur reacts with the silver and tarnishes it. I have a tiffany's silver heart necklace that my BF gave to me. Now i have had it for some time and did gain some wear to it, but never looked tarnished. After a while using this product i notice it turned a bit to another color. I did clean it with Hydrogen Peroxide and toothpaste, (that seem to do the trick to rid of it). But if you wear precious metals. Be wary.

Coast Pacific Force Bath Soap Bars - 4 Oz / Bar, 8 Bars

My boyfiend likes Coast soap and I like Zest, but i gave this product 4 stars 'cause this soap lasts a long time and smells great!

this is a hard to find soap, but I swear by it, and rarely use anything else. I even bring this soap with me on Travel -foregoing the free "hotel" soaps. Coast really is the best smelling soap, ever. If there would be one downside, its that, because this soap is powerful (at cleaning & smelling great) it *can* tend to dry your skin out in the winter (or those that have very fare or sensitive, or already dry skin). Summer time though (or more moist climate) is perfect -I've heard people say it even smells like summer.

I have been using Dr. Bronner's products for almost 2 years now. I really enjoy most of them and I like how there are virtually no harmful chemicals that I am putting on my body. I bought the Gallon of Eucalyptus because I find that during the winter when my skin is dry, the Eucalyptus helps with my dry skin better than some of the other scents (Peppermint). I use the Peppermint during the summer when that isn't an issue. Also I like to use this as a shampoo every now and then, and it doesn't dry my scalp as much. One thing that I think could be better is the scent, it's not bad, but it reminds me of cough syrup for some reason. This product, like the other scents, also can be used to clean such as floors, countertops, bathrooms etc. so it is particularily nice to keep in the shower, and then I can grab it to clean a spill or dirt in the bathroom. I dilute this product probably 1/5 product to water.

This soap is fantastic.....works just like the others but smells like eucalyptus. Wonderful smell and perfect for the winter. Normally I use peppermint, but it cools you so much it's not good for the cold climate so i switched to this and love it.
